For as long as I can remember, I've been a reader.

Not just someone who likes a good book now and then.

Rather, I'm someone who will rearrange entire days in order to finish a good book.  Someone who will miss entire hours of her life without realizing it because a story has caught my attention.  Someone who talks about  characters like they're the real thing.

I've been this way for as long as I can remember and I would assume it's not going to change anytime soon.

Yep, that's me.  In the closet (I think) with a book.  No surprise.

I probably read a good 100 books every year.  So when someone asks me "Well, what have you read lately?" it's actually hard to answer that question.  This blog is my attempt to do so.  It's gotten off track a few times but it's back.

You'll get a little about my life, a little about my cats, and a lot about the books I'm reading.
